While each client and each type of transaction is truly unique some of my typical services and activities are as follows:
- Periodic reports showing sales activity and price changes in the neighborhood (automated MLS emails/reports) (Buyers and Seller Services)
- Schedule Showing Appointments (Buyer Services)
- Create Buyer interest reports (feedback, number of inquiries and showings)
- Contact all agents that show the home to their clients to encourage a sale (seller services)
- Listing Marketing Plan (lists all media exposure
where the home is featured) (seller services)
- Provide professional photography services, submit the maximum amount of pictures to MLS, and create compelling sales descriptions
showing casing prominent features to prospective buyers (seller services)
- Monitor the listing’s price competitiveness and suggest timely adjustments when necessary.
- Provide sales information flyers (hardcopies) on a table inside the home, and provide periodic e-flyers to all area agents.
- Utilize the Centralized Showing Service to receive automated showing reports.
- Utilize a SECURE real estate lockbox that limits access to only licensed agents,
inspectors, and appraisers (SUPRA)
- Periodic communications with the client to discuss what’s working and what’s not and discuss strategy changes.
- Write and Negotiate Contracts
- See the Transaction through Contract Acceptance, Inspection, Appraisal, Title and Lender
Underwriting, and Closing.
- Future client assistance as needed (I will be the Realtor you can ALWAYS come to for help!)
